
BRANDON BELL
Brandon L. Bell, Social Justice Advocate, Criminal Justice Reform Activist, and Emerging Attorney was born in Greenville, NC to Ms. Deidra Cox and Mr. Stephen Bell. He grew up in a small town known as Ayden, NC where he attended all levels of school, pre-college. Brandon holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Shaw University and a master’s degree in Law from Regent University School of Law.
In the early years of Brandon’s College career, he encountered problems with the law and was arrested and sent to prison in January of 2015 for a crime that he did commit. After spending almost, a year in prison, Brandon was released back into society and there he was faced with several problems. He was unable to find a job, get certain bank accounts, restricted to entering certain areas, and was looked at from a socialistic point of view as someone who was indigenous and someone who could not break the glass ceiling. But that didn’t stop Brandon. He went on to finish his bachelor’s degree and after six attempts was finally admitted into the Master’s Program at Regent University School of Law, where he studied his first year law classes. His main objective is to create opportunities for those who have been deprived of their 14th Amendment right and become one of the most influential advocates for Criminal Justice Reform in the world.
Brandon has both a passion for Social Justice and the Legal system. Studying Sociology at Shaw University, Brandon saw the socioeconomic problems that communities face in the world, which led him to pursue a career in the Social Justice & Legal field and to him finding, the Brandon Bell Foundation, a non-profit organization extension of the Brandon Bell Corporation which won its first award in 2019 for “Emerging Leader of the Year” with Spectacular Magazine. The Brandon Bell Foundation gives insight on social problems, social justice advocacy, and the evolution of social change.
Brandon has also authored: “Life After Conviction: Strategies for Success After A Criminal Conviction,” which is an inspirational based on the true life story of himself, giving hope to individuals who are trying to overcome the obstacles of their criminal past. He has also authored Credit Hacks 101: Building Good Credit and Maintaining Financial Wellness and he is working on his latest book, "Black Eyes In A White World" Living In A World of White Supremacy“ which will be released in February 2025.
Brandon’s main goal is to shed God’s light on the Criminal/Legal Justice System using his application of the law to better serve the low-socioeconomic communities and fight for the civil rights of the under-served populations such as: inner city communities, and the younger generation, ex-offenders, and people who have been deprived of their 14th amendment right, and give opportunities to those who essentially are less fortunate for find the resources and help they need to succeed.
